~Office Updates~

As part of our continuing efforts to streamline and simplify operations (both for staff and guest), we have decided to end our package offerings for the time being. Those who already purchased packages will still be able to use them.

Our Membership Program will continue, and is better than ever - Now your unused sessions roll over up to a full year! You can still cancel at any time. During times of travel, or to catch up on session credits, we can pause your Membership for a period of time so you won't be charged or accrue sessions.

~Current Hours of Availability~ Our current hours of availability, as of September 7, 2021 are: Monday / Tuesday / Thursday / Friday: Between 9:30 AM and 2:00 PM Wednesdays: Between 9:30 AM and Noon

*Hours of availability are subject to change. During 2021-2022, we will be closed when Connecticut and local schools are closed; for holidays, teacher workshop days, school vacation breaks, etc. We will need to reschedule sessions during snow storms (or other severe weather), and in the event of illness (of therapist or their children), etc. Thank you.
